
How about we look forward and take a look at what a few experts are predicting about the year ahead. Will 2013 be the year of record low interest rates? Increased demand for housing in affordable areas? Will we see the higher end of the property market start to lift?
Predictions are what they are, only predictions. We will all have to wait and see what the year 2013 brings.
