My tender health checks are designed to uncover terms and exclusions that might disguise potential additional costs throughout your build. I will advise what items you may need to budget extra money for throughout the build as well as the questions you need to ask your builder.

My advice is independent and unbiased, giving you the tools and knowledge to negotiate your contract and understand exactly what you’re signing,
