Making buying land and building a home or investment property more accessible and less stressful for everyone. We don’t deal in older homes - we’re new home specialists.

Our reputable, family-owned business treats your dreams and your biggest financial investment like it’s our own. We guide you through the construction journey, saving time and money. We sell turnkey house and land packages which are perfect for investors. We source land. We work with your own block, providing quotes from our panel of builders and overseeing the whole process.

I’m a study in contrasts. I’m first on the floor for an Abba song, love TV costume dramas, can eat my body weight in chocolate and crazy about anything Hamptons style!

As the founder and director of Carnelian Projects, I’m armed with a real estate agent licence, a building and construction qualification, an arts degree and over 30 years’ experience in the property, sales and customer service industries. I’m a new home specialist, passionate about helping people build homes, from first home owners to investors and those ready for their forever home.

Honesty is my calling card. I’ll be your wingwoman from the start of the building process until handover. I advise on everything from interior design choices, budgets, improvements to plans to suit your family. I deal with builders so you don’t have to. I give clarity.

At bigger companies you’re passed from one person to another at a time when you’re financially and emotionally vulnerable. With me, you always get me. You get consistency, attention to detail and a bespoke service.

Away from work, I’m still all about building and design. I love home magazines and the smell of paint. Love a laundry with great storage. So think of me if you’re thinking of building. I know it inside out - literally.
