Thanks to Matt and Nick for inviting me onto The MTDC podcast- to chat about everything display home sales tactics versus the reality.

It was great to chat about how display homes sell the dream….with lots of “smoke and mirrors” but the build contract reveals the truth about the actual pricing.

I always love chatting about building a new home and this podcast gave me a platform to “shout from the rooftops”…to don’t sign anything until you talk to me…because just quietly some display home builders tell fibs.
