What does turn-key mean?

Ever been to a display home and fallen in love only to find that most of what you saw isn’t actually included in the standard specifications?

Or know someone who has come to the end of their build, but not had enough money to finish the driveways or landscaping and ended up living in a mess for months?

We know how frustrating and disheartening that can be. At Carnelian Projects we believe in taking away that worry, because turn-key builds are our speciality. This means:

  • the stove, rangehood, cooktop and dishwasher are included

  • stone bench tops are included

  • carpet and tiles are included

  • downlights, blinds and fly screens are included

  • all BASIX inclusions

  • air-conditioning and fans are included

  • powerpoints, data point and TV antenna are included

  • the alfresco is covered and tiled

  • the driveway is included

  • retaining as needed is included

  • the fencing and all turf are included

  • the clothesline and letterbox are included

  • the home will be completely finished, inside and out – all you have to do is move in!
