About Kerri-Ann Hooper
YOUR NEW BUILD WING WOMAN AND BUILDING BROKER
I’m a study in contrasts. I’m first on the floor for an Abba song, love TV costume dramas, can eat my body weight in chocolate and crazy about anything Hamptons style!
As the founder and director of Carnelian Projects, I’m armed with a real estate agent licence, a building and construction qualification, an arts degree and almost 40 years’ experience in the property, sales and customer service industries.
Honesty is my calling card. I’ll be your New Build Wing Woman..your Building Bestie… from the start of the building process until handover.
At bigger building companies you’re passed from one person to another at a time when you’re financially and emotionally vulnerable. With me, you always get me, I am there every step of the Building Process. You get consistency, attention to detail and a bespoke service.
Away from work, I’m still all about building and design (with a little bit of dancing thrown in!) I love home magazines, the smell of paint and a laundry with great storage. So think of me if you’re thinking of building… I know it inside and out.
