Kerri-Ann assisted me with a Tender Health Check for my new build. Her knowledge and expertise are invaluable.

She was able to identify and highlight areas of the contract that could have been a potential problem. This allowed me to discuss the poins of concern in more detail with the builder and have items amended or removed where possible.

The building process is daunting and when presented with a contract, having Kerri-Ann review, break through the jargon and explain things in layman’s terms was amazing.
